The service
BehPrep provides study material and practice exams for professional licensing examinations. It is a preparation aid. We do not guarantee a passing result, and we are not affiliated with the USPTO, the NCSBN, or any licensing authority.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Accounts are for individual use — sharing access or credentials is not permitted.
Acceptable use
Do not copy, redistribute, resell, or publish the summaries, questions, flashcards, or audio. Do not scrape or bulk-download the material. Do not attempt to bypass subscription limits or access other users’ data.
Source material
The MPEP is a public document published by the USPTO. Our summaries, questions, explanations, and audio are original work and are protected. Chapter PDFs are reproduced from the official publication for reference.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Access continues until the end of the period you paid for. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the billing portal linked in your dashboard.
Refunds
If the service is not what you expected, contact support and we will work it out with you in good faith.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, provider outages, or events outside our control may cause downtime.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service develops. Material changes will be announced in the app. Continuing to use BehPrep after a change means you accept the revised terms.
