What we collect

Your name, email address, and optional phone number when you register. Your study activity — exam attempts, scores, flashcard sessions, and study plan events. Payment records are held by Stripe; we store only the transaction result, never your card details.

How we use it

To run your account, generate your study plan, track mastery, and show your progress. Aggregated, anonymised activity helps us improve the question bank and summaries.

AI processing

When you use the AI Study Assistant, your question and any text you selected are sent to Google Gemini to generate a response. We record token counts and cost for billing purposes. We do not use your questions to train models.

Storage and security

Data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure. Passwords are hashed with PBKDF2 and are never stored or transmitted in plain text. Sessions use signed tokens that expire after 24 hours.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the processors needed to run the service: Cloudflare (hosting and storage), Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), and Google (AI assistant).

Your rights

You can export or delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleting removes your profile, exam history, flashcards, and study plan. Contact support if you would like a copy of your data first.

Cookies

We use browser local storage to keep you signed in and to remember preferences such as your theme and sidebar state. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
